2010 International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Knowledge Engineering (ISKE2009) is the fifth in a series of conferences on ISKE. It follows the successful ISKE2006 in Shanghai, ISKE2007 in Chengdu, ISKE2008 in Xiamen, China, and ISKE2009 in Hasselt, Belgium. ISKE2010 in Hangzhou, China, once again provides a forum for researchers and practitioners involved in different but related domains to confront research results and discuss key issues in Intelligent Systems and Knowledge Engineering.
We invite submissions of papers presenting a high-quality original research and development for the conference tracks. Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE categorized conference proceedings submitted for indexing to EI and ISTP. Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit revised and expanded version of their papers to be considered for publication in the well-known international journals (SCI or EI) or english Journals.
